The developer is responsible for acquiring all necessary pennits, which may include, but is not <br />limited to, NPDES, Rice Creek Watershed District, Ramsey County and City Erosion Control <br />pennits. <br />. The plan sheets must be sigued by a registered professional. <br />. Maintenance of all utility improvements will be the responsibility of the developer, as the proposed <br />improvements are all within private property. <br /> <br />Sheet 3- Lavout. Finishing and Landscaping Plan <br />. The hatch symbols are not properly identified in the legend (porous pavement is blank). Please edit as <br />needed. <br /> <br />Sheet 4- Grading, Drainage and Erosion Control Plan <br />. The legend lists proposed storm sewer; however, none is shown on the plans. Please identify any <br />proposed storm sewer pipe and structures. <br />. Retaining walls greater than four feet in height will need to be designed by a certified engineer. <br />. Retaining walls four feet in height and taller will require railings for safety purposes. <br />. Please add to General Note 4 that traffic control devices and signing shall conform to the MMUTCD, <br />including the Field Manual for Temporary Traffic Control Zone Layouts, Latest Edition. <br /> <br />Sheet 5- Site Details <br />.
