<br />applicant is in the process of preparing the requested information; however, it was not ready in <br />time for the September 5,2007, Planning Commission meeting. <br /> <br />Although the traffic information is not ready for review, the applicant has requested to appear <br />before the Planning Commission at the September meeting to discuss changes that were made to <br />the redevelopment proposal after the August meeting (Attachments 3E-l, 2, and 3). The <br />applicant is seeking feedback on the changes. <br /> <br />The applicant has also submitted an alternative site plan for proposed buildings three and four for <br />discussion purposes (Attachment 3E-4). The applicant is also seeking feedback on this potential <br />site plan. The letter submitted by the application in Attachment 3E-I includes additional <br />information about the potential alternative site plan. <br /> <br />Proposal and Process <br /> <br />1. Project Description <br /> <br />The 12.55 acre Arden Plaza property has a 52,390 square foot retail strip mall, and a 53,285 <br />square foot office building (the pod office building). The proposed tenant for Lot 2 is a Walgreen's <br />store. The developer does not yet have tenants for lots three or four. <br /> <br />This proposal technically includes four requests: <br />I.
