Therefore, I am enclosing a document which includes your <br />recommended conditions and the applicant's response to those conditions, along with <br />revised plans incorporating the responses. <br /> <br />In addition, I am enclosing a revised site plan for discussion purposes with the Planning <br />Commission. This revised site plan contemplates a potential Garden Center for <br />Frattalones Ace Hardware and includes a more generic building pad for the east central <br />building as distinguished from an Aldi footprint. We are not pursuing Aldi at this time, <br />and instead are focusing on a Trader Joes, a bank, and other potential tenants. I want to <br />emphasize that we are not formally changing our application at this time, especially with <br />respect to the Garden Center because we have not made a formal deal with Frattalones <br />for a Garden Center. However, we do want input from the Planning Commission on these <br />potential changes to a Garden Center and a more generic building pad for the east central <br />building. <br /> <br />1 <br />
