<br />i The SRTS Program is a reimbursable grant program which requires recipients to front project costs and be reimbursed during the course i
<br />of the project. If the City is awarded this grant, the funds for this project would need to be secured before June, 2009, which is the end of I
<br />the 2008 Fiscal Year for the State. Therefore, City Staff is proposing that the engineering expenses be budgeted for in 2008 and !
<br />construction costs in 2009. '
