<br />(30) days of removal or at the beginning of the next growing season <br />as determined by the City Forester. The replacement of tree <br />species, size and planting location shall be subject to approval by <br />the City Planner and City Forester. This condition shall remain in <br />force for two (2) years after the Final Plat is filed with Ramsey <br />County. <br /> <br />3. No additional trees shall be removed from the forty (40) foot <br />setback area along Siems Court without prior approval from the <br />City Planner and City Forester. If any trees die or fall from natural <br />forces within the forty (40) foot setback area, the number of trees <br />lost, as measured by caliper inches, shall be replaced by the <br />Developer within thirty (30) days or at the beginning of the next <br />growing season as determined by the City Forester. The <br />replacement of tree species, size and planting location shall be <br />subject to approval by the City Planner and City Forester. This <br />condition shall remain in force for two (2) years after the Final Plat <br />is filed with Ramsey County. <br /> <br />4. The Developer may plant trees or other vegetation within the City's <br />drainage and utility easements provided that Developer receives <br />prior approval from the City Engineer and City Forester. <br /> <br />5. A temporary fence shall be placed between the construction area <br />and the areas not approved for tree removal prior to any grading <br />work on the property. The fence shall not be removed until all <br />grading work is completed. The location of the fence and its <br />removal shall be subject to approval by the City Engineer and City <br />Planner. <br /> <br />E. Desiqnated Lot Access. All lots shall use Lake Johanna Boulevard as the <br />official access point to the lots. Developer shall provide access permits for <br />Lots 2 and 3, Block 1, Lake Johanna Woods from Ramsey County prior to <br />issuance of any building permits for such lots. <br /> <br />F. Aqencv Permits. Applicant shall obtain all necessary permits, including <br />the wetland fill permit from Rice Creek Watershed District and shall obtain <br />other permits as necessary from Ramsey County, the State of Minnesota <br />Department of Natural Resources and any other governing agencies <br />where applicable prior to the issuance of any building permits. <br /> <br />G. Park Dedication. Developer shall pay a Park Dedication Fee of $12,552 <br />prior to the execution of the Final Plat by the City of Arden Hills or <br />pursuant to a payment schedule reviewed and approved by the City <br />Attorney. <br /> <br />3 <br />
