On September 4, 2007 the City received revised FaST, FOSET and draft MOA from the GSA <br />Attorney. Staff win be having a conference can with the City's Attorney on September 6, 2007 <br />to discuss and prepare written comments and response. <br /> <br />. Next scheduled conference can with City, RRLD and GSA is September 11, 2007 to discuss <br />building remediation and credits and to review status of other tasks assigned. <br /> <br />. Due to a scheduling conflict, the City and GSA Attorney win be meeting on September 24-25 <br />rather than September 26-27 in Washington to discuss FaST, FOSET, MOA and insurance. <br /> <br />Master Plan <br /> <br />. Meetings with the Task Force and Planning Commission are on hold until the City resolves the <br />level of various types of development they would like to see developed on the site. <br /> <br />. City Staff, two Council members and representatives from Ehlers met with Ryan on August 31, <br />2007 to discuss the difference of approximately 100 acres between the framework vision and the <br />composite plan. It was discussed that the main difference was that the Framework Vision acreage <br />calculation included roads and open space in the equation and that in the composite plan, these <br />items were "netted out." In addition, Ryan was provided input regarding density of residential <br />(and how this equates to possible population) and commercial development. Ryan is reviewing <br />how to rework the development and will provide the Council a financial model/analysis based <br />upon their request for review and discussion at a future work session. <br /> <br />AUAR <br /> <br />. City has received a revised timeline for the AUAR which changes the deadline for adoption of the <br />Final AUAR by June 30, 2008. In addition, staff has received a draft copy of the AUAR which <br />they will be reviewing on September 7, 2007 with SRF and other consultants involved in the <br />process. <br /> <br />Comprehensive Plan (full update and ameudment for TCAAP) <br /> <br />. On August 27, 2007, the City Council approved a contract with Bolton and Menk, Inc. to <br />complete the transportation planning portion of the Comprehensive Plan. <br /> <br />Project Status Memo <br /> <br />1 <br /> <br />
