He then provided background information and said <br />staff recommends approval subject to the four conditions: <br /> <br />I. The project shall be completed in accordance with the plans submitted as amended by <br />the conditions of approval. Any significant changes to these pl~&b'"flS determined by <br />the City Planner, shall require review and approval by the Plag C6mmission. <br /> <br />3. The applicant shall obtain approval from the <br />the issuance of any building permits. <br /> <br /> <br />2. The applicant shall use best management practices <br />times during construction. <br /> <br />prior to <br /> <br />4. The structure shall conform to all other <br /> <br />City Code. <br /> <br />Chair Sand opened the floor to Commission questions. <br /> <br /> <br />Commissioner Larson inquired 1!th~!16twfJ.S <;reated the 85-foot minimum. Mr. Lehnhoff stated <br />they have n(jfreceived any response from the neighbors. Mr. Rakow stated that the <br />neighbors to the west are renters and he hasn't spoken with the owner and the neighbors <br />to the east are in support of it. <br /> <br />Chair Sand stated that he has noticed other houses III the area that have a similar <br />architectural affect. <br /> <br />Commissioner Thompson inquired about Mr. Rakow's intent to use the space. Mr. <br />Rakow stated that the garage space would be increased in width and depth. <br />
