of the property, the zoning of which is proposed to be changed, shall be accomplished by a map or.plat <br />showing the lands proposed to be changed and all lands within five hundred feet (500') of the boundaries of <br />the property proposed to be rezoned, together with a certificate of abstract showing the names of registered <br />property owners within three hundred fifty feet (350'). <br />C. Notice: Notice shall be sent by letter, when an amendment application has been filed for change in district <br />boundary, to all property owners within two hundred feet (200') as to the time and place of the public hearing. <br />D. Public Hearing: Upon receipt in proper form of the application and other requested material, the planning <br />commission shall conduct a public hearing in the manner prescribed in the zoning code as described in section <br />1015.03 of this title. <br />E. Fee: to defray the administrative costs of processing of requests for an amendment to this chapter, a fee of one <br />hundred dollars ($100.00) shall be paid by pet0itioner.
