Existing Parking Capacity <br />Currently there are about 1,400 parking spaces on the Northwestern College campus <br />north of Lydia Avenue. Estimates of peak parking demand were made based on <br />hourly vehicle counts collected via the 48-hour traffic tube counts taken in April 2006. <br />Chart No. 1 depicts the hourly parked vehicle totals versus the overall parking <br />capacity of 1,400 spaces. Peak demand is estimated to occur between 12:15 and <br />12:30 p.m. on a typical weekday and consists of about 1,365 parked vehicles, or 97% <br />of parking capacity.
