Year 2026 Parking Conditions <br />By 2018 a total of about 2,090 parking spaces are planned with the buildout of the <br />Northwestern College Master Plan. Estimates of Year 2026 peak parking demand <br />were made based on projected populations of students, faculty and staff and existing <br />person-to-parked-vehicle ratios. <br />Chart No. 2 depicts the hourly parked vehicle totals versus the overall parking <br />capacity of 2,090 spaces. Peak demand would likely occur between 12:15 and 12:30 <br />p.m. on a typical weekday and is estimated to be about 1,950 parked vehicles; this <br />level of demand can be accommodated through the implementation of the Master <br />Plan with a surplus capacity of about 7%.
