As noted in Stacie Kvilvang's memorandum to Council <br />dated 1 Oil 0/07, the memo and attachments are non public data since we are in active <br />negotiations with RRLD and the information provided is financial data pertinent to formalization <br />of a Development Agreement. At the October 15 Work Session there will be an opportunity for <br />Ehlers and Associates (Ms. Kvilvang and Sid Inman) to further review the information and <br />answer questions.
