I I <br />Michelle Wolfe, City Administrator \~~~ <br />Community Survey - Revisions since September Work Session <br /> <br />BACKGROUND <br /> <br />At the September 17 Work Session, the City Council reviewed an August version of the <br />proposed City Survey (Attachment A). At that time, Council requested a total of 48 revisions <br />(see Attachment B). I forwarded those changes to the consultant, Peter Leatherman at Decision <br />Resources. <br /> <br />DISCUSSION <br /> <br />Attachment C is a revised version of the survey dated October 2007. Most of the requested <br />changes were made. However, please note at the end of Attachment C, a one-page summary of <br />comments from Mr. Leatherman. In relation to several questions, he wants to advise the City <br />that if the requested change is made, the question will not be consistent with their database. <br />What this means is that we will not be able to make comparisons of our results to those of other <br />cities. Before proceeding with the changes in those cases, we both agreed that we wanted <br />Council to make sure they still wanted to change, knowing such comparisons cannot be made. <br />For a few other questions, he is looking for additional input.
