<br />ORDINANCE NO. 2007- <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CITY CODE ~300.28, SUBD. 19 <br />REGARDING TREE PROTECTION <br /> <br />The City of Minnetonka Ordains: <br /> <br />Section 1. City code ~300.28, subd. 19 is amended as foil <br /> <br /> <br />prevent or reduce soil <br /> <br />19. Performance Standards RegulLlting Tree RemovalP <br /> <br />a) Purpose.
