Ms. <br />Beekman stated that the code requires the antennas to be painted to match the <br />color of the water tower. <br /> <br />Commission Zimmerman inquired if switching the antennas was based on a need <br />to have higher frequency antennas. Mike ~~~ll!~l, Nextel representative, stated <br />that the frequency wouldn't change, but the antenna would be raised and increase <br />the coverage area. <br /> <br />Chair Sand opened the public hearing at 6:45 p.m. <br /> <br />Chair Sand invited anyone for or against the application to come forward and <br />make comment. <br /> <br />Chair Sand closed the public hearing at 6:45 p.m. <br /> <br />Commissioner Zimmerman moved, seconded by Commissioner Holewa, to <br />recommend approval of Planning Case #07-024, for a conditional use permit <br />amendment at 1230 Red Fox Road based on the findings of fact and the submitted <br />plans as amended, subject to the twelve conditions as listed in staffs October 3, <br />2007 report. <br /> <br />The motion carried unanimously (7-0). <br /> <br />This Planning Case will be reviewed at the Monday, October 29, 2007, City <br />Council meeting. <br />
