At the March 7 meeting, the Planning <br />Commission voted to recommend approval (6-0) subject to fourteen conditions to the City <br />Council. <br /> <br />The Arden Hills City Council review was delayed due to additional review time needed with the <br />City of Roseville. The campus is partly in Roseville and in Arden Hills. As part of the Roseville <br />review process, the College completed an environmental assessment worksheet (EA W). <br />Although the EA W was completed for the City of Roseville, the EA W covered both the <br />Roseville and the Arden Hills sides of the campus. As the responsible government unit (RGU) <br />for the EA W, the Roseville City Council determined that an environmental impact statement <br />(EIS) was not necessary, which is a more in-depth environmental review. However, the EA W <br />did prompt changes to the proposed Master Plan. <br /> <br />Please note that an EA W does not decide whether or not a project should be completed. The <br />goal of the EA W process is to identify potential impacts of a project and propose mitigation <br />measures to offset potential negative impacts.
