Based on our understanding of the site <br />complexity, the City's objectives, and the assumptions listed in this proposal. we estimate the cost to review <br />one RI report and one RAP to be approximately $52,000. <br /> <br />The actual cost may be more or less than this amount. Our estimate will not be exceeded by more than <br />10% without additional authorization from the City. If any changes in project costs are necessary, contract <br />amendments will be issued detailing the extra work, time, and associated costs. <br /> <br /> <br />Portions of this work may be completed by personnel from our subsidiary, Northern Environmental. Any <br />costs associated with their involvement are included within our following cost estimate.
