October 22, 2007

City Planner & Recycling Coordinator
City of Arden Hills
1245 West Highway 96

Attn: James Lehnhoff

Re: Interplant Sales

Dear Mr Lehnhoff:

Dave Caniff asked us to proceed with the communication with both the City of Arden
Hills and the City of New Brighton. I contacted the city planner of the City of New
Brighton and asked her about proceeding with the development of his property. She
would like for us to submit a development plan for the building and site condition. I
informed her that we were working with the City if Arden Hills about the property line
and would she like us to show both scenarios. Her response was that we need to
present one concept and the city would frown upon more that one at a time or
submitting an application and then a different application if things changed.

Her recommendation was to proceed with the City of Arden Hills on the property
transfer. After we have your response then we will proceed with either the property
transfer or the scenario of the of the building being parallel to the existing property line
and use the area behind the building for other uses.

Sincerely,

Aaron Thompson
