RVs stored in the side yard and visible from the public right-of-way shall be screened <br />with a privacy fence or landscaping of similar opacity as determined by the Zoning <br />Administra10r, unless they are kept on an improved hard surface. <br /> <br /> <br />Subd. 3 Short-Term RYl'arking in Residential Districts <br /> <br />A. Short-Term Parking without Permit.. Licensed and operable RVs of any leng1h or <br />height may be parked in driveways for the sole expressed purpose of loading, <br />unloading, and cleaningforapepoA rot to exceed seventy-two (72) hours, provided <br />that they are not within fifteen (15)>feet of the curb, and are not within five (5) feet of <br />a side property line. <br /> <br />B. Short-Term Parking with Permit. Administrative Permits for a period of up to <br />seven (7) days, renewable once during a twelve (12) month period, may be obtained <br />from City Hall that would permit a licensed and operable RV to park in the driveway <br />provided that they are not within fifteen (15) feet of the curb, and are not within five <br />(5) feet ofa side property line. <br /> <br />3 <br />
