The drawing for the <br />reduced signage request was inadvertently not included in the October 3, 2007, report, <br />but it is included in this report as Attachment 3A-1. <br /> <br />The area of a freestanding or wall sign only includes the sign face, which is the text, <br />graphic or other sign message. The sign area does not include the sign structure. The <br />total freestanding sign area on the property would increase from approximately 200 <br />square feet to 245 square feet with this modified proposal. <br /> <br />Staff is recommending that the proposed monument sign at the Lexington Avenue and <br />County Road E intersection for the Walgreen's store be removed from the redevelopment <br />proposal.
