That corner already has terrible access to the shopping center, and the <br />traffic pattern in that intersection is very congested many hours of the day. It is very <br />necessary that south Shoreview and Arden Hills continue to have access to the postal <br />substation in Arden Plaza. Due to the addition of the 24 hr. fitness center, parking is <br />most difficult for the shopping retailers as it exists. Pharmaceuticals are already <br />available at discounted rates at both the Cub and Target stores only a short distance <br />away. The addition of Walgreens is over-kill.
