We live on Tiller Lane, and existing traffic already makes it extremely difficult to leave our <br />neighborhood, particularly during rush hour. If the proposed development at Arden Plaza is approved, we <br />believe you should begin making plans for a traffic light at Ingerson Road & Lexington Avenue. <br /> <br />We also urge you and the Planning Commission to consider the likely loss of the postal sub-station in Arden <br />Hills if the development is approved. Please make plans to continue providing a postal substation in Arden <br />Hills. <br /> <br />Thank you for your attention to this matter.
