With a Walgreens <br />in Roseville only a few miles away (on Snelling and County Road C), I hardly see the need for another <br />Walgreens in the vicinity. Also, another Walgreens would bring increased traffic at the intersection of County <br />Road E and Lexington, which is already quite busy especially during traffic times.
