I oppose this project and would like to note that by approving this <br />project it would probably force the Arden Pharmacy out of business as well <br />our neighborhood would be losing a postal sub-station. My family uses the <br />Arden Pharmacy on a weekly basis as well as most of my neighbors do also. <br />There are already enough large stores with pharmacies in the immediate <br />neighborhood including Target, Cub Foods, as well as a nearby Walgreens less <br />than 3 miles away in Roseville already. <br /> <br />Arden Hills is a small community and that is why I moved here. It is not a <br />suburb of 35/000+ residents like Roseville which can support that many <br />similar businesses. Please take into consideration these factors when <br />making a decision for our community.
