I am in favor of the project I thought the reasons for deniai were far reaching and will put developement at <br />this site and the "Holiday Inn" site in serious jeopardy. One of the Planning Commissioners did not even want to approve <br />a Lemonade Stand at this site. Have you looked at City Hall? Where are the mature trees? Didn't your location there <br />add to the traffic on Hwy 96? Since there is so much talk of Lexington Ave and County Road E being the downtown of <br />Arden Hills why not move City Hall to this or the "Holiday Inn" locations?
