Revised site plan showing the removal of the three existing office pods and the
construction of only the Walgreens store, without a proposed Building B or proposed
Building C.

2. Letter from the traffic consultant, Wenck Associates, concluding that the
revised project would generate less A.M. Peak traffic and almost the same P ,M. Peak
traffic as the existing Arden Plaza. The consultant also concludes that A.M. Peak traffic
on County Road E and Lexington would actually be less with the Walgreens, and that the
increase in P.M. Peak traffic volumes on County Road E and Lexington are so little that
they would not even be "perceptible."

It is our hope that the City Council will agree to except the revised project from any
proposed moratorium and extend the review of this revised project for 120 days on the
grounds that it is significantly different than the prior proposal and that it would be
fundamentally unfair to impose a moratorium on a project that has been under informal
review for over a year and formal review for almost 5 months,

1
