The <br />only new development under this scenario is the Walgreen's store. Buildings B and C shown in prior <br />development plans are not included in this scenario, The following table shows the peak hour trip <br />generation estimates for this scenario with a Walgreen's store and existing retail. The trip generation <br />estimates shown in the table are based on driveway counts and data presented in the Institute of <br />Transportation Engineers' Trip Generation, Seventh Edition. <br /> <br /> A.M. Lower than existing volumes during the a.m. peak hour. <br />.
