<br />Options <br /> <br />1. Approve the proposal as submitted. <br />2. Approve the proposal with conditions. <br />3. Deny the application with reasons for denial. This memo currently includes findings for <br />denial; however, they should be stated for the record along with the motion. <br />4. Table for additional information. The current application can only be tabled with the consent <br />of the applicant. The City's statutory review timeline expires on December 1, 2007. <br /> <br />If the Council moves to approve the proposal, a new set of findings supporting the motion must <br />be stated for the record along with the motion. In order to table the current application, the City <br />would need to obtain written permission from the applicant. A PUD application requires a 4/5 <br />approval from the City Council. <br /> <br />If the Council moves to deny the proposal, Section 1355.05 of the Zoning Code prohibits the <br />resubmission of an application that has been "denied wholly or in part.. .for a period of six (6) <br />months from the date of said order of denial." <br /> <br />Finally, if the Council is interested in allowing the revised plan to be reviewed by the City, then <br />no action from the Council is required. The applicant would withdraw the current application <br />and proceed with the revised application. <br /> <br />Deadline for Al!encv Actions <br /> <br />The City of Arden Hills received the completed application for this request on July 23,2007. <br />Pursuant to Minnesota State Statute, the City was required to act on this request by November <br />19,2007 (120 days).
