We have been a tenant at Arden Plaza for the <br />past 8 years. We are proud to be a successful small business in the City of Arden Hills. <br />We recently extended our lease for an additional five years and expect to continue to <br />provide high quality Asian cuisine for many years to come, <br /> <br />We are aware that our landlord, Wellington Management, Inc., has proposed a new <br />Walgreens be constructed on the corner of County Road E and Lexington. They are also <br />hoping to add additional retail stores south of the proposed Walgreens as part of their <br />effort to upgrade the existing retail center. <br /> <br />These new retailers would certainly help our business continue to grow and expand. <br />Replacing the existing office building with a Walgreens and other smaller retailers would <br />increase customer traffic, improve the visibility of the retail center and help other small <br />businesses in this retail center. While we appreciate and value our good friends at Arden <br />Pharmacy, we feel that Walgreens would bring more customers and help us all to <br />maintain and grow our businesses. By opening up the existing retail center so that people <br />driving by on Lexington and County Road E can see the center would really help make <br />this center much more visible and accessible. <br /> <br />Please support the Wellington Management, Inc. redevelopment plans for Arden Plaza, <br />We need your help.
