The application can only be tabled with the consent of the <br />applicant. <br /> <br />The City Attorney's review of the Conditional Use Permit amendment and the Lease <br />Amendment were not finalized prior to the release of this memo. If there are any changes to the <br />CUP or lease amendment, it will be provided prior to or at the meeting. No significant changes <br />are anticipated. <br /> <br />Deadline for Ae:encv Actions <br /> <br />The City of Arden Hills received the completed application for this request on September 4, <br />2007. Pursuant to Minnesota State Statutes, the City must act on this request by November 3, <br />2007 (60 days). The City provided the petitioner with written reasons for an additional 60 day <br />review period and, therefore, the City must now make its decision by December 30, 2007.
