Short-Term Parking without Permit. Licensed and operable RVs and watercraft of <br />any length or height may be parked in driveways for the sole expressed purpose of <br />loading, unloading, and cleaning for a period not to exceed seventy-two (72) hours, <br />provided that they are not within fifteen (15) feet of the curb, and are not within five <br />(5) feet of a side property line. <br /> <br />B. Short-Term Parking with Permit. Administrative Permits for a period of up to <br />seven (7) days, renewable once during a twelve (12) month period, may be obtained <br />from City Hall that would permit a licensed and operable RV or watercraft to park in <br />the driveway, provided it is not within fifteen (15) feet of the curb, and is not within <br />five (5) feet of a side property line. This permit would allow a motor home or other <br />similar vehicle to be connected to water and electricity. <br /> <br />Subd. 4 Shoreline Residential Lots. <br /> <br />A. In addition to the other permitted RV and watercraft storage in Section 1325.10 Subd <br />2, the owner or occupant of any shoreline lot is permitted to store two (2) additional <br />watercraft. <br /> <br />4 <br />
