I wanted to speak but I had to be somewhere by 9:30 <br />p.m. Did boat lifts get excluded from the definition? I personally would suggest changing the <br />definition of RV as it relates to watercraft. You refer to Water related recreation vehicles in one <br />separate paragraph and in the definition of RVs you refer to just "watercraft." I would want to <br />tidy up the wording so you have consistency. Has the city attorney looked at the wording?
