<br />Mr. Polurn has ten years of transportation engineering experience, Prior
<br />to joining SRF, he served as a traffic and design engineer with the
<br />Wisconsin Department of Transportation, where he participated in
<br />numerous traffic analysis and roadway reconstruction projects. Mr.
<br />Polum leads SRF's freeway modeling and operational analysis activities.
<br />He has the knowledge and expertise to provide solutions to difficult
<br />issues and is actively involved in corridor studies, preliminary design,
<br />traffic impact studies, freeway modeling and operational analysis.
