<br />23. Environmental Review. The City of Arden Hills reserves the right <br />to request an updated environmental assessment with future <br />construction and site plan review processes. <br /> <br />24. Landscaping Lavering and Light Buffer. Landscape screening shall <br />take a multi-layered landscape approach and shall be required to <br />prohibit lights from shining onto adjacent properties. <br /> <br />25. Ring Road and Parking Structure Landscaping. Landscaping plans <br />shall be substantially similar in size and quality as in attached <br />Exhibit B for the parking garage and Ring Road and subject to site <br />plan review. <br /> <br />26. Outdoor Events. Year-round outside events on the Campus Green <br />shall not continue after 9:00 p.m. except once per semester an <br />event may continue to 10:00 p.m. Exceptions may be granted <br />subject to City Council approval. <br /> <br />C.
