<br />materials, and other mixed municipal solid waste materials be authorized only <br /> <br />pursuant to permits granted under this subsection. <br /> <br />660.02 Definitions. <br /> <br />For the purposes of this section, the following words and phrases shall have the <br /> <br />meanings respectively ascribed to them; <br /> <br />Subd, 1 "Collection" means the aggregation of garbage, refuse, recyclable <br /> <br />materials, and other mixed municipal solid waste from the place at <br /> <br />which it is generated and includes all activities up to the time when <br /> <br />materials are delivered to a designated facility, <br /> <br />Subd. 2 "Commercial, Institutional, and Industrial" location means any <br /> <br /> <br />location in the City that is not residential and contains a retail <br /> <br /> <br />business, restaurant, manufacturing enterprise, government, school, <br /> <br />church, nursing home, daycare facility or any other similar <br /> <br />establishments. <br /> <br />Subd. 3 "Garbage" means all putrescible animal, vegetable, or other matter <br /> <br />that attends the preparation, consumption, display, dealing in or <br /> <br />storage of meat, fish, fowl, birds, fruit or vegetables, including the <br /> <br />cans, containers or wrappers wasted along with such materials. <br /> <br />2 <br />
