<br />RFP for Residential Recycling Services <br /> <br />Note: It is possible that in the future, the City's recycling contract may include <br />MFD buildings and/or the manufactured home park. There are three (3) MFD <br />buildings totaling 173 units: <br /> <br />. Cottage Villas, 64 units; <br /> <br />. Hunters Park Condos, 72 units; and <br /> <br />. Parkshore Apartments, 37 units, <br /> <br />The MFD buildings have central drop-off points for use by all residents, There is also <br />one manufactured home park (Arden Manor) located in the City with 294 units, <br /> <br />3.21.3 Single-Stream, Every Week Collection Scenario <br /> <br />Single-stream, every week collection scenario. Parkshore Apartments, 37 units, <br /> <br />The MFD bnildings have central drop-off points for use by all residents, There is also <br />one manufactured home park (Arden Manor) located in the City with 294 units, <br /> <br />3.22 Recyclable Materials or Recyclables <br /> <br />The following recyclable materials as defined herein this RFP: newspapers, magazines, <br />catalogs, corrugated cardboard, mixed mail, boxboard, phone books, pop and beer <br />carriers/cartons, glass food and beverage containers, plastic bottles with a neck, steel and <br />tin cans, aluminum foil, and aluminum cans. The City encourages the Proposers to <br />explore markets for additional types of recyclable material (e,g., milk cartons, juice <br />boxes, pop/beer carriers, textiles, and any additional materials), Materials may be added <br />to this list as part of the proposal or by mutual written agreement between the City and <br />the Contractor. <br /> <br />3.23 Recycled Content Products <br /> <br />Products or goods, including roadbed or other aggregate products that are openly <br />marketed and have positive value, Recycled content products do not include use of any <br />commodity as landfill cover. <br /> <br />3.24 Steel cans <br /> <br />Containers fabricated primarily of steel or tin used for food or beverages, <br /> <br />5 <br />
