<br />City of Arden Hills <br /> <br />. Amounts stored, by recyclable material, with any notes as to unusual conditions; <br /> <br />. Amounts of process residuals disposed; and <br /> <br />. Revenue share credits back to the City (if any). <br /> <br />Monthly reports shall be due to the City by the 15th day of each month for material collected by <br />the Contractor during the preceding calendar month. The reports shall be made available in an <br />electronic spread sheet format (e.g., Excel), and may be submitted via email to the City's <br />Recycling Coordinator. <br /> <br />Annual reports to the City shall be due by the 15th of January for materials received by the <br />Contractor during the preceding calendar year. The Contractor must state in writing to the City <br />that all recyclable materials collected in Arden Hills the preceding calendar year were indeed <br />recycled and not disposed as garbage, The Contractor will be encouraged to include in its annual <br />report recommendations for continuous improvement in the City's recycling program (e,g., <br />public education, reduction of non-targeted materials, etc.). <br /> <br />4.22.2 Monthly Customer Relations Report <br /> <br />Each month the Contractor shall provide the City with the following reports: <br /> <br />. A list of all customer complaints, including a description of how each complaint was <br />resolved, <br /> <br />. A list of all addresses where education tags were left for residents and why the tags were <br />left, <br /> <br />. A list of all missed pick ups reported to the Contractor. <br />The monthly reports shall be sent by mail, fax or e-mail to the City's Recycling Coordinator. <br />4.22.3 Annual Performance Review Meeting <br />Upon receipt of the Contractors annual report, the City shall schedule an annual meeting with the <br />Contractor and the City's Recycling Coordinator. <br />The objectives of this annual meting will include (but not be limited to): <br />. Review Contractor's annual report, including trends in recovery rate and participation, <br />. Efforts the Contractor has made to expand recyclable markets, <br />. Review Contractor's performance based on feedback from residents to City staff. <br />. Review Contractor's recommendations for improvement in the City's recycling program, <br />including enhanced public education and other opportunities, <br />. Review staff recommendations for improving Contractor's service. <br />. Discuss other opportunities for improvement with the remaining years under the current <br />contract. <br /> <br />4.23 Publicity, Promotion, and Education <br /> <br />The City publishes a newsletter approximately once per month that is mailed to all residents, <br />Periodically the newsletter contains recycling information The City's website provides <br /> <br />12 <br />
