<br />Big Enough to Get the Job Done...SmaII Enough to Care <br /> <br />Attached is our proposal for Recycling Collection Removal for the <br />City of Arden Hills, Minnesota. <br /> <br />It is our goal to promote and encourage all residents in the City of <br />Arden Hills to recycle as much product as possible. To accomplish <br />this, we are proposing Single-Stream, Every Other Week <br />Collection. In our experience, residents are requesting the larger <br />container which allows them to recycle more items. Therefore, we <br />will deliver 94 gallon recycling carts at no extra cost. We will also <br />offer 68 gallon recycling carts to those residents wanting a smaller <br />cart. <br /> <br />The benefits to both the City and residents of single sort recycling <br />serviced on an every other week basis are numerous. <br /> <br />City Benefits <br />· No Sorting - Single Sort <br />Increased participation which results in increased in tonnage <br />· Every Other Week Pick-up <br />Less neighborhood traffic <br />. Carts with Lids and Wheels <br />Less likelihood ofrecycled product blowing out of container <br /> <br />Resident Benefits <br />. No Sorting - Single Sort <br />Ease of use - Residents may be able to decrease garbage <br />container size and cost due to more product being recycled <br />.
