<br />ARDEN HILLS CITY COUNCIL - November 13, 2007 <br /> <br />2 <br /> <br />4. CONSENT CALENDAR <br /> <br />A. Claims and Payroll <br /> <br />MOTION: Councilmember Grant moved and Councilmember Holmes seconded a <br />motion to approve the Consent Calendar and to authorize execution of all <br />necessary documents contained therein. The motion carried unanimously <br />(5-0). <br /> <br />S. PULLED CONSENT ITEMS <br />None <br />6. PUBLIC HEARINGS <br />None <br />7. NEW BUSINESS <br />None <br />8. UNFINISHED BUSINESS <br /> A. TCAAP Update <br /> <br />City Administrator Wolfe reported that in order to prepare for the meeting in Washington, <br />D.C., Mr. Mike Comadeca would meet with staff for a morning session. Mayor Harpstead <br />asked if Mike Comadeca would be available for the worksession on November 19, 2007. City <br />Administrator Wolfe replied Mike Comadeca would attend if Council wanted him to. <br /> <br />Councilmember Holmes inquired whether a walk through ofthe site was planned. <br /> <br />City Administrator Wolfe stated nothing was planned. <br /> <br />City Administrator Wolfe stated she spoke with Mr. Comadeca who indicated the Army <br />commented they could not get meeting room in Washington and want to move the meeting to <br />Boston. She stated staff would look into finding a conference room at the hotel or a room at <br />their firm in Washington, DC. <br /> <br />City Administrator Wolfe distributed a packet from Ms. Stacie Kvilvang and explained the <br />information on density. She stated Councilmembers should call Ms. Kvilvang if they have <br />questions about the material. <br />
