<br />ARDEN HILLS CITY COUNCIL - November 13,2007 <br /> <br />4 <br /> <br />Councilmember Grant mentioned that, per the Memorandum of Understanding with the <br />garbage hauler, which states that "the hauler will structure routes so that lighter-loaded trucks <br />travel on the streets with poorer construction." Staff will send the hauler the PCI rating when <br />updated ratings are completed. <br /> <br />City Administrator Wolfe questioned whether a Town Hall meeting should be added to the <br />December 2007 work session agenda. <br /> <br />Councilmember Grant mentioned the problem with the room divider for the gymnasium used <br />during voting at Valentine Hills Elementary. <br /> <br />Mayor Harpstead tasked Assistant City Administrator Simon to research election site issues and <br />options prior to the next election. <br /> <br />Mayor Harpstead stated he would like to have a Town Hall meeting on a weeknight in January <br />2008. <br /> <br />MOTION: Mayor Harpstead moved and Councilmember McClung seconded a <br />motion adjourn the meeting.
