<br />ARDEN HILLS CITY COUNCIL - Noyember 26, 2007 2 <br /> <br />the City to address. He acknowledged that the vehicles in the rear yard have been removed. He <br />stated he would like the Planning Commission and City Council to consider reducing the <br />capability of parking four cars in a driveway. <br /> <br />City Planner Lehnhoff explained the Planning Commission is currently reviewing the storage of <br />motor homes, boats, trailers, and vehicles. He stated the City Ordinance currently allows three <br />recreational vehicles to be stored in the rear yard and up to four cars in the front on an improved <br />surface. He indicated this issue is scheduled to be on the December 5, 2007 Planning <br />Commission agenda. <br /> <br />3. APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br /> <br />A. October 15, 2007 City Council Worksession <br /> <br />Councilmember Holmes requested a change to page 2, paragraph 3, to read: "She stated she is <br />happy with the format used for presenting the figures. " <br /> <br />Mayor Harpstead requested paragraph 4 be removed. <br /> <br />Mayor Harpstead requested paragraph lObe changed to read "he would like an illustration of the <br />higher density areas designated for redevelopment" added. <br /> <br />B. October 29, 2007 Regular City Council Meeting <br /> <br />Councilmember Holden requested the motion on page 13 be restated to indicate: The motion <br />failed 2/3 (Council members Holden, Holmes, and McClung) <br /> <br />C. November 13, 2007 Regular City Council Meeting <br /> <br />Mayor Harpstead requested the second "he" in Item 8A, paragraph I, third sentence be removed. <br /> <br />Mayor Harpstead requested a change on page 3, Item 9, paragraph 2 state "PTRC Committees <br />because they asking for the cities to invest in directions... " <br /> <br />D. November 13, 2007 Regular City Council Worksession <br /> <br />MOTION: Mayor Harpstead moved and Councilmember McClung seconded a <br />motion to approve the October 15, 2007 City Council Worksession <br />minutes, the October 29, 2007 Regular City Council minutes, the <br />November 13, 2007 Regular City Council minutes, and the November 13, <br />2007 W orksession minutes as amended. The motion carried unanimously <br />(5-0). <br />
