The City <br />Administrator or the Administrator's designee shall determine if the signage is visible from <br />a public roadway or from property outside of Mounds View High School, Bethel <br />University, and Northwestern College. Such signage shall be permanent in nature and shall not be lit by <br />a direct lighting source. Signs may be an entrance gate style sign, signage affixed directly <br />to a press box/grandstand, or signage included on the scoreboard.
