LEAGUE OF MINNESOTA CITIES INSURANCE TRUST LIABILITY COVERAGE - WAIVER FORM Cities obtaining liability coverage from the League of Minnesota Cities Insurance Trust must decide whether or not to waive the statutory tort liability limits to the extent of the coverage purchased.
