<br />~ <br /> <br /> <br />~ <br />EN HILLS <br /> <br />MEMORANDUM <br /> <br />DATE: <br /> <br />January 14,2008 <br /> <br />TO: <br /> <br />Mayor and City Council <br /> <br />FROM: <br /> <br />Greg Hoag, Public Works Director <br /> <br />SUBJECT: <br /> <br />2008 Tree Removal and Related Services Contract Renewal <br /> <br />BACKGROUND <br /> <br />On December 1, 2006, City staff accepted and publicly opened bid proposals from tree removal <br />contractors for the City's 2007 Tree Removal and Related Services Contract. At the December <br />11, 2006 City Council meeting, the Council awarded the 2007 contract to Precision Landscape <br />and Tree. As part of this contract the City had the option of extending the contract one year <br />(2008) with no additional costs.
