This project would be undertaken as part of the 2008 Pavement Management Program <br />and would be combined under one contract with the City of Roseville's Street <br />Improvement Project. By combining these projects together and bidding them as one <br />contract, we anticipate competitive bids from contractors. <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATIONS: <br /> <br />1. Participate with Roseville and reconstruct streets in 2008. <br /> <br />2. Construct a 28-foot wide bituminous street with concrete S518 curb and gutter. <br /> <br />3. Construct storm sewer as required to meet Rice Creek Watershed District requirements. <br /> <br />4. Schedule a public hearing for February 11,2008. <br /> <br />10 <br />
