<br />A. No more than three (3) RV's or watercraft may be stored on a residential <br />lot. No more than one (1) of the three (3) RV's may be a self-propelled motor <br />home, travel trailer, camper, or other similar type ofRV. <br />B. RVs and watercraft shall not be more than twenty-eight (28) feet in length <br />or twelve (12) feet in height. <br /> <br />C. One (I) self-propelled motor home, travel trailer, camper, or other similar <br />type of RV that is greater than twenty-eight (28) feet, but not larger than <br />thirty-four (34) feet, in length is permitted in the rear yard of a property <br />provided that all ofthe following criteria are met: <br />1. The RV meets all setback regulations in this section; <br />2. The rear yard is fully enclosed by a six foot privacy fence or is <br />substantially screened from adjacent properties as determined by the <br />Zoning Administrator; which may include fencing, vegetation, or <br />both. <br /> <br />D. RVs and watercraft shall not be placed within the principal structure side <br />yard setback and shall be at least ten (10) feet from any rear property lines. If <br />both side and rear yards are available for parking or storage, then the location <br />with the least visibility from streets and neighboring property, as determined <br />by the Zoning Administrator, shall be used for such storage. <br /> <br />E. On any lot, RV s and watercraft shall not be stored closer to the front <br />property line than the principle structure or attached garage. Additionally, in <br />the case of corner lots the RV shall not be stored closer to the property line <br />than the principle structure or attached garage in the side yard adjacent to the <br />street. <br /> <br />F. RVs or watercraft shall not be placed closer to the principle building of an <br />adjoining lot than to the principle building on the lot where it is stored. <br /> <br />G. RVs and watercraft stored in the side yard and visible from the public <br />right-of-way shall be screened with a six foot privacy fence or landscaping of <br />similar opacity as determined by the Zoning Administrator, unless they are <br />kept on an improved hard surface. <br /> <br />H. Alternative locations for storing an RV or watercraft on a property may be <br />permitted by the Zoning Administrator with an Administrative Land Use <br />Permit for up to one (I) RV or watercraft, when topographic conditions or lot <br />configuration do not allow for the normal location regulations to be met and <br />all of the following criteria are met: <br />1.
