<br />SITE LOCATION AND ANALYSIS <br /> <br />Arden Hills Metro Location <br /> <br />Arden Hills is a suburban community of approximately 10,000 people centrally located in the <br />northern suburbs of the Twin Cities Metro Area in Ramsey County. Arden Hills is located ap- <br />proximately 10 miles from both downtown St. Paul and Minneapolis. The primary access is from <br />Highway 1-35W, a north-south major arterial that connects Arden Hills with downtown Minne- <br />apolis. Highway 51 (Snelling Avenue) connects Arden Hills to Roseville. Downtown SI. Paul is <br />accessed by Highway 1-694 east to Highway 1-35E going south. <br /> <br />Currently, the higher-density core of the Metro Area extends into Blaine (about two miles north <br />of Arden Hills), which is serviced by the Metropolitan Urban Services.
