The study projects housing demand through 2020, <br />and gives recommendations on the amount and type of housing that could be built in the TCAAP <br />site to satisfy demand from current and future residents. <br /> <br />The study finds that the TCAAP Site has many features that make it highly desirable for housing. <br />Thus, we find overall housing demand exceed the], 750 units planned.
