PARKS AND TRAILS <br />Vision: Arden Hills is dedicated to serving all citizens by providing a <br />comprehensive, well-maintained, and interconnected system of parks, trails, and <br />open spaces as well as a balanced program of recreational activities for <br />residents of all ages, incomes and abilities. <br /> <br />To achieve this parks and trails vision, the following policies and strategies are <br />proposed: <br />o Develop, maintain, and encourage the use of a coherent system of <br />neighborhood parks and trails that are safe and engaging. <br />.
