Business Incentive Policy - Non- TCAAP <br /> <br />Councilmember Grant asked if something could be done as an interim to stop tree cutting. <br /> <br />City Planner Lehnhoff commented he would need to research this but the City Attorney <br />did inform me that a tree cutting moratorium would not have good legal basis. <br /> <br />Mayor Harpstead requested information on a Clear Channel Moratorium and litigation. <br /> <br />C. Code Enforcement Issue <br /> <br />City Administrator Wolfe stated she would like to respond to a resident on code <br />enforcement. She presented a list of code enforcement issues between specific <br />individuals. <br /> <br />Councilmember Holden questioned whether potential code violations are reviewed before <br />a permit is issued. <br /> <br />City Administrator Wolfe said she did not have an answer at this time. <br /> <br />City Administrator Wolfe stated the current issues are chronic and change on a daily basis <br />and are hard to keep up with. <br /> <br />Discussion ensued. <br /> <br />City Administrator Wolfe recommended an item titled "Response to Public Inquires" be <br />included on the City Council Agenda. <br /> <br />Councilmember Holden recommended a standard cat/dog letter be used once a complaint <br />is received about either. <br /> <br />Councilmember McClung questioned when information on Administrative Fines could be <br />available. <br /> <br />City Administrator Wolfe commented she needed to prioritize items. <br />
