<br />Subd. 3. Parking Permits. Short.Term RV. Utilitv Trailer. and Watercraft <br />ParkinCl in Residential Districts <br /> <br />A. Short-Term ParkinCl without Permit. /\11 R-V's Licensed and <br />operable RVs. utilitv trailers. and watercraft of any lenQth or <br />heiClht may be parked in driveways for the sole expressed <br />purpose of loading. aRG--unloading. and cleaninCl for a period <br />not to exceed seventy-two (72) hours. provided that they are <br />not within fifteen (5) feet of the curb and do not encroach upon <br />a pedestrian walkwav. <br /> <br />B. Short-Term ParkinQ with Permit. Administrative Permits <br />for a period of up to seven (7) days, renewable once during a <br />twelve (12) month period, may be obtained from City Hall the <br />ZoninCl Administrator that would permit a licensed and <br />operable RV, utilitv trailer. or watercraft to park in the <br />driveway provided that it is not within five (5) feet of the curb <br />and does not encroach upon a pedestrian walkwav. This <br />permit would allow a motor home or other similar vehicle to be <br />connected to water and electricitv. <br /> <br />Graphic Summary of RV Storage Regulations. <br /> <br />i. RV's of any length or height may be stored in enclosed structures, providing <br />the structure conforms to Zoning Ordinance requirements. <br /> <br />ii. A maximum of three (3) RV's may be stored outside on a residential lot.
